Exclamation Task Manager for storm?

Please Login to Remove!

Anybody know if there is a program some sort of task manager for the storm i keep finding myself closing a program and finding progams that i used minutes after getting the phone open and having to close about 4 or 5 programs that seem to be running in the background that stay there. I also find if i have a little glitch with my storm it will show the default theme just flash and another thing i notice the theme that came with my storm does not work it will not show the whole theme just the layout. kinda frustrated with the service thought it would be better than it really is hope it gets better

First off, welcome to the Forums! On BB's, in order to fully close the program, you need to hit Menu (BlackBerry Key), then scroll down to Close or Exit. Simply pressing the End or Escape Key keeps the app running. Now, by default there are five Programs always on. Home, Browser, Phone, Messages, & BlackBerry Messenger. You will not be able to close them.
What do you mean by it doesn't show the whole theme? If you are referring to the Lightning wallpaper on the default theme, it won't ever appear in the foreground. It has been overwritten by Verizon.
You may want to upgrade to .114 if you are on the Verizon OS. The sticky is at the top and the process isn't that difficult. .114 is lightning fast compared to .76 (Which is what you are probably running).

there is a built in task manager on the phone, i think bbswany forgot to mention that. By holding the bb button a list of all your open applications will show up. and like he mentioned there are 5 apps that you cannot close, so those will always be open. you can always use this feature to make sure you're not running anything you dont wanna. this will save battery life and memory. upgrading to .114 would be the best idea thou. maybe .109 since i found it to be more stable than .114. the accelerometer lag just killed me...
