I have just got a new 9360 and the problem is email,BBM, Whatsapp will just stop working periodically. but MSN and Internet explorer is still working.
It will only work again if I turn off the device to restart or remove the battery.

What has been done:
1) Changed a new unit of 9360 - It doesn't help
2) Called up service provided to resend the Service book. Reset BIS service from Service Center - It doesn't help
3) Changed a new sim card - it doesn't help...

What else can be done?

None of my colleague (under the same package) has this problem. And I was using this for 3 years without problem until last month...
Provider issue?
