my torch 9860 does not fully charged after hours of charging... it will reach maximum 95% only.. please help me solve this problem... it keep bliking and does not turn green light at all when full... is there any problem with my phone... please help me...

Are you charging off a USB cable to a PC or laptop? Using the wall charger?

Agree with the above. Use a BlackBerry wall charger and see what happens.

Also, I've seen my BlackBerrys sometimes get to like 95% (as shwon in status) and stop, but a battery pull corrects whatever and the status goes to 100%.

I have seen this sort of information elsewhere, that the meter can become off, and running the battery all the way down will recalibrate the meter. Don't know. (It isn't something you want to do all the time.)
