After 9 days and several followup messages, NO response from magmic support what so ever.
I bought several games from bplay in the last few years, not sure why but 2 of the games I purchased disappeared from my past purchases list so I can't redownload these games when I changed BB device and have to rely on support to provide the link.
9 days outstanding issue with no support response is not acceptable in any normal businesses. This is not the first time that I have to wait a LONG time for support, main reason why I haven't purchased more game from bplay.
Anyone else experience the same problem?
