Hi,

I've just noticed that the caps lock key on my keyboard can not be used. Its feint as if off line and nothing happens when I press it. It was okay earlier today and I haven't knowingly changed anything on the BB storm? Anyone know how I can get it back?

With your device powered on, remove the battery about 20 seconds, and replace it to reboot.

Actually, its now seems fixed. All I did was shut it down and take battery out and turned it back on again! Temperamental!

Yup JS is right. A battery pull while on will fix many issues on a BB. I recomend doing it once a day
