Default 2 9700 q's

Please Login to Remove!

1) i used the devise switch wizard to switch from my 9000 to my 9700. Everything tranfered fine except i noticed that my BIS messeges transfered into the main mailbox but not the BIS mailbox. I can search for them in my main mailbox but since its used for work, i have ton of emails. I liked having those old messages seperate for easy reference. Anyway to get them back into the BIS specific mailbox?

2) Using the today home screen & ATT Theme, my wallpaper is only on the today screen. When i go to the main menu w/ all my icons its just a blue background. Any way to change this to either another color, or preferably my wallpaper, using the preloaded themes?

Thanks everyone! The 9700 is soooo much better then the 9000!

Default

1. No, the main message mail box is backed up and restored, not the individual BIS account folders, which are only populated from the RIM push.

2. Nope, sorry, wallpaper only on the homescreen. Maybe some third party themes accommodate that, I don't know.

Default can I ride off what mr. sanders said?

You should be able do restore from a generic restore if you have done one recently. I did a BACKUP before I did a transfer. Many people don't realize it only backsup message, settings and database and not 3rd party apps.

ANYWAY, I did a transfer AND then restored from my backup to get email as it was on my 8900 that I transferred from. AND that worked...
