Last night I updated my 8310 to "The OS That Shall Not Be Named" and this morning after putting it into standby I hit the "back" button and a screen popped up telling me that my BB was in Standby. This alone is not profound but the fact that I can now look at the clock without taking the phone out of standby is wonderful! Perhaps there was a setting in 4.2 that allowed this, but I have never seen it.

Cool - although it's actually and of the keys on either side of the trackball that does this.
