Have you tried pulling the battery out, waiting a few moments then putting it back in?

yes i do that alot but it doesn stop

it happens when im tryn 2 navigate into folders or tryn t0 view my updates

Thanks guys problem solved i didnt drop the phone or get it wet,apparently an e-mail that contained a trojan virus was opened on my device which affected the OS detected it while using the device as a usb drive cleaned it using my antivirus and waaalllaaaa no more problems.
