does the carrier support OTASL?

is the device on a current carrier supported OS?

if no on either, then you cant.

I will have to find out.

So are you saying this can only be done via our Nextel Carrier and can not be push from BES/BlackBerrry Manager?

You can push it from BES if yes on both questions.

I have about 350 Torches that need OS updates due to performance issues around content protection. This needs to be done via OTASL.
I can't get our BES to find any device software bundles.

How do I confirm if ATT supports OTASL updates for the Torch from 6.0.0.141 to 6.0.0.246?

Not getting anywhere with DART team
