Yes, it is locked to Cingular. Won it through RIM and already have one so no need for this one. One of the perks of working for Cingular.

wspfan, if you won it through cingular from RIM, it should be locked to the blue and orange network, I work for CW as well and mine is unlocked for blue and orange...just an FYI
