Depends on the format and if they are protected or not. If they aren't protected use media manager from within desktop manager to convert them.

And if they are protected......am I SOL..... I have some TV shows I downloaded from iTunes that I wanna watch on my Blackberry.... Hey I noticed you have a 9000 series.........How is it.....Luck dog

I always thought this was the first step... to do research on your own AND THEN ask for help if you can't find anything. Try being a little more self-sufficient.
