Yesterday i tried to update my O.S to 5.0 via the desktop manager and stuff,
throughout, i didnt remove the cable but when i phone restarted, it ask me about some apps permission and i was approving them while the screen show that it is still updating.
Then my phone restarted and just nice it appeared on the screen that update is done. But when i on it, my screen only display ht tp://i229.photobucket.com/albums/ee116/eleanor2611/SDC14041.jpg (sorry as my post count is less then 10, i cant post link ><) and the animation that was my background.

The screen would not react to the trackpad nor any button but when it goes off and i press the trackpad, it will light up again and i could press alt+caps+del, it restart but got back to the same thing. i tried battery pull as well.

is my phone a goner ?
i got it less then a year ~ T.T.
Please help !!!

With the power on, remove the battery for about 30 seconds.
