Is it possible to sync only people contacts with my Blackberry 9000 through Desktop Manager 5.0.

Caution: My outlook account is a corporate account exchange 2010.

I don't think DM supports Office/Exchange 2010 yet. Are you using BES?

And what do you mean by "only people contacts"

"only people contacts = Private user folder contacts"
