My BB is confused. It has switched two user specific ring tones with each other. When I select the ring tone to listen to it, it plays the correct one (so the file names are correct). But when customer A calls, it plays ringtone B instead of A and vise versa. Anybody else seen this? (worked OK for about a year). There are about 5 customers on one ring tone and about 10 on the other. My other personnel ring tones work OK.

Have you done a battery pull? You could try deleting all the custom profiles and resetting the ring tones.
