Resolution

Since BlackBerry Enterprise Server software version 4.0 for Novell GroupWise has reached end of life, no fix is planned for this issue.

Workaround

To resovle this issue, upgrade to BlackBerry Enterprise Server software version 4.1 Service Pack 4 for Novell GroupWise or higher.

I have a feeling we'll be seeing more of these "Resolutions" from RIM ... Upgrade or plan to upgrade to 4.1 if you haven't already!!!

While this sucks for those still using 4.0 it was to be expected at some point. It was quicker than the 3.6 EOL notice though. But you're right, we will be seeing more of these. But if 4.1 fixes many 4.0 issues it makes sense to upgrade.

RIM is not the only company doing this. Hey its time to upgrade because we cant fix it, OOPS! the new version has bugs we cant fix until next version comes out.
