Unknown item
The requested item does not exist or is not available
Seems App World dropped it or Data Viz did.

Thanks,

I have opposite problem, checking apps, Documents To Go Standard is listed, but I can't find the shortcut icons anywhere. Don't want to uninstall, because the app isn't on Appworld any more.

Documents To Go Standard showed installed, version 2.0 710kb, but Documents To Go version 2.0003.030 3.6mb wasn't installed. Duh, don't know how I missed that, gonna check all the others out now.

Thanks very much,
Dick Lewis

Did you check if the icons are hidden? Try uninstalling and installing back. It should work, at least, it does on me when I mess around my apps.

Good luck

Sorry I wasn't more specific, I have it installed and icons now show up, it was the larger part of Documents to Go that wasn't getting installed when update OS.

Go:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader

click Loader, this should be your OS version Loader. If it is go following the screens intructions until it prompt asking what you want to modify on you BB. You can either add or remove applications. There you will find the "Docs to Go".
Select it to install and your good.

I hope it helps.
