Yes this unit is unlocked and the pin is clear. I am working from my Tour now.

does unlocked mean any carrier? I''m on AT&T, will it work? I always thought Verizon phones weren't able to work on a GSM network, didn't have sim cards?

The Storm is a hybrid GSM/CDMA device. "unlocked" refers to the GSM technology in the device.
