I am trying to install Japanese input to my Tour (verizon). I have been running in circles trying to figure out how. Does anyone know where to get the East Asian Language Pack for the tour? Please let me know! thanks!!!

There's no easy way to do this...That language is not included in the Verizon language pack for the blackberry's they sale. You would have to Download an OS from another carrier that offers it and shift some files around. Just google it..
