Default Weird Browser Dissapearance

Please Login to Remove!

Got my g/f a Pearl today.

The Browser never showed up. So I searched and tried everything. Re registered, re sent service books, nothing. Next I wiped it clean and re installed the OS, still missing. I don't get it. We added the add-on and could sent email and used the Blackberry Messenger.

The Browser is still no where to be found. Guess its back to the store tomorrow for another one.

Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry8700/4.2.1 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/100)

Generally the browser shows up quickly but sometimes it can take sometime up to 24 hours

That would most likey mean something is not provisioned correctly. Make sure when you call T-Mobile you get BlackBerry support and ask them to check everything. I had this problem and it was fixed in about 5 minutes once the rep finally saw the problem.

It happened to me last night where I saw my browser icons had disappeared. I even this the "Show All" for the icons and nothing.

So, I had my Service Books sent to me and they finally came back up.

Well after 3 Phones calls they finally figured it out. The had it set up on a BES account.....You'd think they would of found that the first time.

At least it's now working. However, a BES plan should have still given you a browser.
