I have a bb 7230. I had os 3.7 downloaded from RIM website for individual users. I tried to upgrade my BB. The HH manager and desktop manager is upgraded, but on the phone there is still the 3.7
I did not found any new files in RIM/Loader folder...
What is the problem. how can I fix it?

Locate the VENDOR.XML file on your C: drive. Delete it. Restart Desktop Manager and it should now ask you to upgrade, assuming that you have installed the new handheld software and it is newer than what is on the 7230.
