When a user I support tries to enter blackberry, after getting their password wrong, it won't accept the "blackberry" text to allow further password attempts...

anyone ever seen this?

Yes I have seen it before. Take the battery out for 30 seconds. Have the person try their password again.

it was user error he was typing the "" as well as blackberry!
