Default 20% discount code not working on BBSmart

Please Login to Remove!

I got an email on 2/23/08 and says if I purchase BBSmart in next 7 days to use that promo code in the email to get a 20% discount but when I go to link and enter promo code, it says it is invalid. I have tried 2 times with same message. Today is the 7th day but it says in next 7 days.

Any ideas on who to contact to find out how to use promo code??

the thread was moved because it has to do with the aftermarket software, and isnt 88xx specific. you are also more likely to get someone from BBSmart to see it here.

The email came from Mobihand and says not to respond to email because it came from a box that does not respond.

Then you should contact Mobihand. They have contact info on their website.

EDIT: not hard to find there... Palm OS, Pocket PC, Windows Smartphones, Symbian UIQ and Series 60 Software, Accessories, and Games

The problem with that is that it will take at least one business day for them to respond. By that time, the promo period is more than expired.

Oh well, guess I will have to look at Empower now and see if I like it as well as I did BBSmart.

Empower Pro is a good product also, you will like either one.

Empower cost 29.99, BBSmart 24.99. You might be better off cost wise with BBSmart in the long run.

MobiHand is very good at responding to issues, and I would bet they will stand behind the promo code even a day later if you were emailing about the issue.

On a side note I have both Empower and BBSmart. BBSmart will have a big update coming very soon (March I was told) and they do offer free updates.

Yep, and the developer of BBSmart has promised NO additional charges for updates and the new features he is about to bring. He has a good post about it all in a thread here.
