ok, makes me feel better .. if they didnt want it publicly released they should not have emailed more then a few people.. i shared it here because thats what i know anyone else would do. We have all been longing to get verichat to just work and i was anticipating everyone would be excited by this release..

Same invalid .jar on download .... had 1.96b via OTA installed on 7520....

Installed fine, but it will not work. It times out when trying to talk to home base, apparently.

I've done both force and non-force of MDS. So, who knows. I have removed the old VeriChat so am IM-less in the meantime until it all gets sorted out. Yay.

Received an email today from PDAApps with an attachment for version 2.17b. It was in response to an error log that was emailed to them from my BBerry from v, 2.16b.

So far only difference I can see is on the side of buddies it states their status without having to look. I.E. IDL for Idle.

I've used the new beta for a day and night and think its a big improvment. The bots are a nice touch and I haven't been dropped all day

well, though im showing connected i cant see my AIM buddy list or my YaHoo buddy list.. no disconnects, but just this pain in the arse issue..wish i could uninstall and reinstall, but not sure the option will be there again to reinstall in the apploader..

what do you guys think?
