Exclamation Address Book issue

Please Login to Remove!

Hello all.. New to the site but have been working as a Blackberry administrator for a few years now so I should probably know the answer to this!!

I have a user which when he goes into his contacts > options it seems to take him straight into the "Views" and "Actions" screen rather than the screen that allows you to see what address books you have on the device. ie "Desktop"

What i was trying to do for the user is "rset" the address book so it resyncs from the server. However with it just missing the screen this is not possible.

Has anyone come across this before and has a resolution?

That OS doesn't have the options you're looking for. It only supports one address book.
The RSET command might not even work on that OS. Try it from the screen you're on.

As soon as you press S it jumps to the s named options.

I take it then a software upgrade will resolve it then?

The OP stated they are running OS 4.2.2 I would not call that new.

You can probably install OS 4.5 and see if that helps.
