Default Can't hear after earbud Removed

Please Login to Remove!

I cannot hear for 2 or so calls on 8820 handset after removing the earbud connection. Reattach the earbud and it works fine.....any ideas anybody? Thanks

Is the volume set way low?

If you are saying the speaker doesn't work for two calls after removing the audio plug, but works from the third call on, that's beyond strange.
