iTunes syncs all contacts and calendars if you are using Mail and iCal.
On PC you can use iTunes and it uses Outlook for the data.

Sith, you know this won't be the last iphone question.

no but if it doesnt pertain to this board at all it wont be staying. the iPhone vs BB is fine, but a straight iPhone question is worthless here

Ok, well then maybe i should put "if you have iphone questions pm me" in my signature.
Or maybe the Handheld section would be appropriate as they discuss all kinds of devices in there.

My apologies. I have Blackberry now.

And I would be exporting from a Mac as well. Using Pocket Mac.

Hope this helps.

So you have BB and sync it with pocket mac.
You want to get you Contacts and Calendar from your mac to your iphone? iTunes when you sync your iphone has the "info" tab which allows you to choose what to sync.

Hope that helps, I'm still not completely clear on this.
