There are many combinations of four digits still free:

For Example the series
BlackBerry90XX,
BlackBerry91XX,
BlackBerry92XX,

BlackBerry95XX,
BlackBerry96XX,
BlackBerry97XX,
BlackBerry98XX,
BlackBerry99XX
are free most BlackBerry9x00 are taken by others (the BlackBerry9100.com taken by RIM)
