The 9300 will be upgradable to OS6, and already OS 6 has been leaked for this device, so it will be officially released by a carrier sooner or later.

The answer to the "why" questions, I feel no one will be able to give any real answer, other than a personal opinion.

Either way, OS6 is/will be available for both.

Yeah your right!!! but why did they eraced the leaked version on the server? Why not keept that leaked until the final released of OS 6 is launched? RIM only want their expensive devices to have a better software upgrade? 9650 or the 9700 upgrade is already released???

They should answer some questions i tho this page was connected some how with the company i guess is a personal choice to write here with no answers to fill the questions of others not just me so for now the wait RIM works really slow and i tho apple was bad

alright Rim Leaks the OS to have it tested by multiple people on different networks, it doesn't mean that it will never be release to to the providers. the download sites get shut down as they don't want everyone just grabbing it and calling it offical. it is leaked for testing purposes.

so be patient my friend would you rather something be fully release that works 100% or something that is halfway there and hope it works?

Me personally IMHO for a full release I would expect the bugs to be worked out not just 60-70% of them.

Usually someone who has access to the releases once they have been given to the carriers for certification and testing. That would normally mean someone associated with the carriers.

It was the same case with the 85xx series when that was released with OS 5 waiting to be released. Just accept that it is in the pipeline.
