We have a problem synching contacts. Contacts in a personal folder will always synch properly. We have noticed that contacts from a public folder do not always synch completly. We are often missing the email addresses when we synch (sometimes the address does not get completed as well). Anyone else seeing the same problems.

We have several different devices, don't think it is the device. We are using outlook 2010 with exchange 2007 running on a 2008 server.

We have the latest version of the Blackberry Desktop software.

Can't seem to find the problem - worked with Tech Support at US Cellular with no help.

Sounds similar to a problem I'm working on right now with RIM support. I've got a user who syncs both personal and Public Folder contacts. Some PF contacts show up on handheld with e-mail address in the mailing address field, and nothing in e-mail field. Doing an Edit on the record from the handheld shows that the e-mail address is being inserted into the ZIP code field, even though field mapping at all levels are correct. So far RIM's response has been that the user should have only Read access to the PF, which is ridiculous. By chance, are seeing anything like this? We're Exchange 2k7 on Win Serv 2k8, with 2k7 Outlook clients, and v6.0 (build 042) of Desktop Manager.
