Please Login to Remove!

I can not send a picture (MMS). When I go to my pictures, I do not even have the send as MMS option. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Upgrade to OS 4.5 and you will get MMS..

You can find the download isntructions link in the 83xx forums.. it's a sticky.

In the off chance you have already installed OS 4.5, resend your service books from either BIS or from the Email setup icon on your BB.. And/Or do a battery pull.

Do you have a Blackberry data plan? Without this there is no way to get picture mail.

The first thing to do is upgrade to 4.5.

Yes, I do have a data plan. Also, the phone is only about a week old. I did use the MMS feature to text some pictures just a couple days after purchasing it. However, the MMS option is no longer there on my pictures.
