Well if the unit is all scratched then he misrepresented the sell. You didnt say the unit was messed up, you just complained about the holster and the equipment it came with. So before judging us on our comments make all statements clear. And if I was buying for a boss type I would have bought him a new one to start with..

Dude you are in a public forum complaining about something you bought. So you are in turn asking for critisim. I agree with you if the unit is bad then he needs to reimburse you for the misrepresentation. Did you purchase with a credit card or paypal? If so print off his add and make a claim to the credit card company, paypal or both.. I have made a copy of it so if he changes the post give me a shout. Good luck and not trying to be a pecker head man I swear.
