Unlocking will probably cost you a 100US and you'll need to ship it to Bongo Wireless see: www.bongowireless.com they seem to be the only option for voice/data unlocking of Blackberry's...

If you want to get it unlocked, that is something you will have to take care of. But if you want I can let you know the shipping to your zip code on monday morning when I get to work (we have UPS pick-up there).

As finch said, bongo wireless can unlock it. I just checked their website and they can unlock it for $100.
