I'm not exactly sure what you mean by IMEI being clean but, it is not blacklisted (phone was bought from our local Cingular Wireless store).

see i am a at&t/cingular customer so that has no use for me unless unlocked even then you can find them cheaper on ebay than that, for some reason the 7100t sells cheaper than the 7100g

7100T has many many bugs and is turning many TM users off of that phone.

If you have used your device and registered it on BWC, you can not reuse the PIN. If you have Cingular, I would suggest that you XBM the phone once your get it. Just hope that they don't find out that you're not the original users because the manufactures warranty only covers the original owner of that phone... but I'm sure you're already aware of that.
