Default How can I count number of messages from log file

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

I have a few questions regarding BES log files. I have BES R4.0 with MS Exchange server.

I need to write a script to generate a few statistics from BES log files. The stats I want are

Number of attempts in sending messages to handhelds
Number of successes in sending messages to handhelds
Number of attempts in receiving messages from handhelds
Number of successes in receiving messages from handhelds

Do anyone know how can I compute them from log file?

Thank you for help in advance.

The best thing you can do is download the resource kit and you can obtain this and a lot more statistics.
