Good morning everyone. I did a search and cannot find what I am looking for. When I get emails that have music and pictures attached to them, the email presents itself as a slide show. I have seen these same emails on other peoples phones and they do not show as slide shows. Is there a settng that I can change to make sure that the picture stays in view the whole time while the music starts to play? I guess what I am saying is; is there a way to prevent it from being viewed as a slide show like other peoples phones view it. Thank you in advance.

I am really surprised that I am not getting any responses to this post. Has this happened to anyone else? I mean with the emails being slide shows, not the not getting any responses...lol.

Have you tried to post this on 8330 categories? I would love to help you but I'm using 8320 which may work differently.

I'm not an expert, but meanwhile you're waiting for professional advice you should play around with browser configuration (javascript, etc) & general properties (such as no of repetition for the animation), it won't harm you but make sure you take note of what you ammend, so you can return it to the previous settings.

Actually your setting is great, others experiencing inability to play, restarting browser, no picture, etc.
When reposting in 8330 categories try to include the technical background as well.

Absolutely no idea. I am using 8300. Agree with previous comment.
