As the title to show, these six keys(Q,E,R,U,O,P) of my BB8700v often(not always) out of work,my bb has never been damped or hit before! I don't know the specific reasons for this problem occurs,so,if you know the way to solve this problem,please tell me what I should do, thank you!

I thought that my BB may had moisture before,but few days ago,I used the professional carbon to Absorb water vapor,and,I had my bb under the air conditioner,too,the carbon haven't make the key resume work.however ,to my surprise,the conditioner make it resume!as you know,the humidity around the conditioner must very high!besides, there have one other case of the key,when the temperatures dropped to 20 degrees Celsius,those six key will work!above all,is it related to motherboard or the keyboard itself?
