I have set various 'Important' exception ringtones on my VZW 8703e. They work ~maybe~ 1/4 of the time in the first place and upon any reboot/reset they all disappear.

In terms of the ringtone working it doesn't appear to be consistent whether the caller ID resolves the name or not. Or whether it's already in my call log. At first I thought it was related to having it in the recent call log or not. That didn't pan out.

Any thoughts on either issue? -Pk
