Access caller tune

Hi frnds.........
Is it possible to access the caller tune at caller side by receiver side application??
I mean when an incoming call arrives my application has to access the caller tune or I can say hello tune which is heard by the caller at that time.
Plzzzzzzzzzz its urgent.......
Help me plzzz.........
