running 4.7.0.76, when i play a song (music) i don't see a progress bar anywhere, no time progess displayed either. not sure why....

anyone else experience the same thing ? is there an option to set, or does it happen with certain file types ? playing an AAC audio file (.m4a), 256kbps, vbr.

i had a listen to some of my my aac files on the storm's media player, sound quality of playback is pretty damn good...i'm very impressed. i'm listening thru some reference headphones (my mid-range dj headphones...i will also test it out with my etymotic er-4p audiophile earphones and post a follow-up).

i think the max supported for sd cards right now is 16GB...but if an OS upgrade brings that up to 32GB....i'm gonna do a 'will it blend ?' moment with my 5G ipods, record the video with the storm, then post it on youtube....he he

update 01:

with respect to audio playback inside the storm's media player, the sound is actually very good....even when the phone is being used to sms or browse the internet.

however listening to slacker lends itself to some background noise reminiscent of plugging headphones into your pc's headphone jack....
can't complain tho, slacker is free. if i were paying for plus, i would have wanted better.

Tapping is not really responsive. I have to tap many times to get it visible. Is there any way to keep it visible all the time?
