Hi Supporters,

I have BB curve 8900. i have updated from 4.6.1.199 to 5.0.0.681. After update i can't see my word, excel and power point applications. i also can't join my home WiFi router, it says reason: Failed to associate with the network. before update it worked.

Details:

Before update:

Blackberry 8900
v 4.6.1.199 (Platform 4.2.0.102)
Cryptographic kernel v 3.8.5.50a
Brand version: 1.156.179.69

After Update:

Blackberry 8900
v 5.0.0.681 (Bundle 1168, Platform 5.2.0.67)
Cryptographic kernel v 3.8.5.85
Brand version: 1.156.179.505O

I have two question to you

1.What is the solution for this problem?
2. how can i get my previous version OS with all applications?

I assume that you mean documents to go? There are no word, powerpoint or excel apps for the BB.

Have you checked the applications folder or the download folder?
