BB Messenger on my wifes 8520 does not have "scan a group bar code" It is in my 9700 BBM. I cannot seem to find an update for hers. Does anyone know if this is an OS thing. She didn't want to upgrade her OS and have to figure out how to put everything back on.

What OS is on the 8520 and the 9700?

And the OS in your profile should be something like 5.0 or 4.6. .714 doesn't mean that much.

I upgraded my bbm to 5.0 and then scan a group bar code appeared after that.
