There are major network stability issues with the version he's using, however a lot of bugs were fixed with the next version.

I'm guessing instead of turning on R or G or B, it turns on all 3 lights at once ... so you get a mesh of colors that looks differently depending on how you look at the trackball. |

How many versions are usually "cooked" before they actually release the final one? At least we could compute for ETA...

The 8100 will get an update thingy. No one has a date (read the thread - it is stated a few times).
Yes, it will get v5. Version 5 will include a drill.
