Default Bluetooth syncing question

Please Login to Remove!

Does anyone think the reason my "enable bluetooth" checkboxes are all greyed out cause my delll laptop uses a third party toshiba driver as opposed to msoft one? Thanks for any help. I really want to get bluetooth file sharing and outlook syncing to work.

Thanks!!!!

i removed the 3rd party software and went to the msoft drivers. that fixed the syncing issue. even though it says it's enabled, i still can't use it as a dial up modem.

you can't transfer media via bluetooth. the media manager prog says it has to be via usb.
