Default On BES, adding BIS - secure?

I'm currently on BES for work and want to know if I ad a BIS account for my personal email, will it be secure? Will my personal emails travel through the BES server? Will the IT department and my boss learn about my personal business?

Nothing to hide; just curious. ;)

Yes, any BES connected BB's data is visible to the BES Admins if they want to dig and look at it.
