So apparently the new version of App world has little icons at the top of home screen to show updates needed on software from "My World"

I entered App World updated the two 2 apps and the icon is still there. And more annoying the LED is still blinking. When going back to App world the specific apps no longer have red asterisks on them yet the home screen icon is still there.

Any thoughts/help anyone can provide.

also delete the releated messages about the update from your messages folder.

That was the trick. I hid my messages folder a long time ago. Thanks!
