Does anyone know when Verizon will have the download for compatibility for blackberry storm?

I can't sinq anything!

Frustrated... I am also losing emails on my blackberry, but they are on my computer. Why is that happening?

What are you using for email on your computer? You have to go into the advance settings for your email client and make sure you check the box to leave messages on the server

Desktop Manager 5.0.1 works fine on Windows 7. Sounds like there are other problems.

I agree. Using 7 since it came out.
Maybe your sync isnt set up correctly?

I have just installed Win 7 Pro. Updated and everything. DM 5.0.1. When I plug my phone in, Win 7 says the driver did not install successfully, and when I run DM, it asks me to make sure the device is plugged in. I can't access anything in DM. ideas???

Try uninstalling your phone software and reinstalling it. I believe the proper driver comes with the handset software that you install on the PC.

Make sure you are connecting directly into the PC, not via a HUB.

Uninstall DM and then reinstall, making sure the anti virus is turned off.

Do a battery pull on the BB. Make sure DM is configured to look for the USB port. Once it reboots, try to connect.
