server was up and running fine and well until about 3:00pm today. I am fairly new to admin'ing the BES and know "some" basics. I do not think anything was changed on the BES or the EXCH2010. Not sure where else to look for issues. Thanks for any help provided.

guess i could have elaborated more....none of the devices are connecting to server since then.

nevermind, it was something as simple as the MAPI settings being changed. Not sure how they were changed, but reset them back and devices are connecting again.
