Hello!
I have a BB 8310 I purchased a month and a half ago along with a Kingston Micro SD 4MB card. Everything was working fine until 2 days ago. All of a sudden songs would not play on my BB and pictures were not showing up so I rebooting my phone and everything on my SD card was deleted. I went to Options and Media card and I would get the error that the card could not be read and to try and format. I told the phone to format but it came up with format failed. I plugged it into my computer and it will not read the memory card. It tells me to turn on mass storage mode so I did and still nothing. I went to my computer and it shows the new removabe drive G but if I click on it to open and see the folders, it tells me to insert a disk intro drive G. Before I would see a Kingston folder with music ringtones pictures etc. I'm at a loss. I have tried a lot of things and nothing seems to be working. I haven't wet the phone or anything. The card just went haywire. I do not know if it is the card or the phone not being able to read it. What should I do?
