Hello friends,

I have an 1 unread message icon in the top right hand corner of the screen that I can't get rid of even after 3 quick pulls. Just the envelope. Any advice? It is rather annoying.

have u checked your sms folder your messages folder and your mail folder?

clear your inbox. do battery pull. it that doesnt work it will go away with time.

have you check all your messages folder? the most effective to check if there is any unread messages is by clicking the messages icon, and sort it the list.

It happened most of the time, as people by accident putting the unread email/sms messages into saved email/sms folder. You must clear out this from your saved messages, the icon will dissapear
