I downloaded something from RIM website and it upgraded my 9630 Tour to 5.0, but now my Sprint NAV does not work. Can anyone help with instructions on how to go back to the original software that was on my 9630 Tour when it came out in July? Thanks in Advance for any and all help I may receive. I am headed to Florida next week, I need my Sprint Nav working.

firstly, if your saying that you downloaded from RIM an OS 5, its impossible, it hasnt been released yet.
Second, you can download the OS originally on your device (or rather a correct, latest released WORKING OS) from the stickied thread in the Tour forum.
Its easy to see.

I posted that the problem was fixed. Unless you work for RIM you don't know what you are talking about. I downloaded it from RIM, but it may not have been for my Sprint phone. Your help was needed yesterday, not NOW!!!!

I'm curious also what OS5 it is you download from Sprint.

Do I get griped also for asking?
